Other Contenders: #1 Visigodo (9/2), #2 Good Mojo (6/1)

 Analysis: Alternative takes a good size drop after a win but after ten month layoff. Highly successful barn uses a low percentage jockey to add to the intrigue. Still hard to ignore. Visigodo could get a ground saving trip on the rail and shut them down with a late run. Good Mojo has a flexible running style and goes for high percentage rider and trainer. Concorde’s Peace won at this price last time after a big drop. His back class suggests that he should handle this condition.

Other Contenders: #3 Ms. N. Tarsia (9/2) #6 Ha Ha Fooled Ya (7/2)

 Analysis: Taking a Chance goes for the tough combination of Aristone and Castillo and has the numbers to beat these. Ms. N. Tarsia has done so much in her career that one must consider her, plus she appears to be in good form. Ha Ha Fooled Ya will be a pace factor and if she runs her best she will keep going to the wire. Exclusive Promise is a hard knocking filly that doesn’t scare easy. She may not win it but it is hard to see her missing a check.
