Analysis: Elba comes to town from Jersey and her trainer is real good with his shippers and those he turns back to a sprint, which is the case here, and a decent price may await you. Crazy About Me ran them off their feet at Churchill in her last and carded a big speed figure, which makes her a contender here. Becks Expectations found a new lease on life after being claimed a few back and looks to be a major player in this one. Bird Cay will probably be a good price even though he ran his career best last time. A young horse in the very capable hands of Phil Aristone is worth a long look.

Other Contenders: #7 Thunder Ball (5/1) #8 Nofinancingneeded (7/2)

Analysis: Jimanator exits stakes company at Penn National and drops back to a level where he used to clean house regularly. The old gelding also gets the top pilot on the grounds. Thunder Ball ships in from Baltimore off a freshener with a good resume and impressive speed figures. Nofinancingneeded is in the hands of a high percentage trainer and still looks to be on the upgrade. A quick return from his last race suggests his trainer still thinks he is in top form. Piquant turns back slightly to a mile that will put him in a great position to come from off the pace. He is 6 of 8 in the cash at PARX and is supervised by one the tracks top conditioners.
