Keeneland  Race 1  6 Furlongs  Claiming $25,000  -F&M

(1:05 ET)

Best Value Play: #5 Spanish Ambassador (6/1)

Most Likely Winner: #4 Snow Kissed (5/2)

Other Contenders: #2 Miss Dora (7/2), #3 Citi Point (6/1), #8 Do Dat Blues (9/2)

Analysis: Snow Kissed is a game and consistent mare that looks to be in a good spot. Miss Dora has continued to seek class relief and must be considered with the drop today. Citi Point ran well showing early speed at Turfway and if left alone on the lead may be uncatchable. Do Dat Blues has got early speed and is consistent as far as speed figures-New Orleans shipper has a shot. Spanish Ambassador’s trainer has been hot for a long time and this tough, quick mare from Florida may steal the money in the opener of the day.

Keeneland  Race 4  6 ½ Furlongs  Claiming $50,000 – 2L

(2:38 ET)

Best Value Play: #7 Karida (7/2)

Most Likely Winner: #8 Noun (4/1)

Other Contenders: #3 Hit Girl (5/1), #4 Gift Receipt (7/2), #5 Why Take A Chance (3/1)

Analysis: Noun takes a class drop and gets Lasix for her return to battle and should be tough to beat. Hit Girl shows up in Lexington for super sharp trainer and jock combo.  Gift Receipt has ultra hot works from the west coast and may be prime to move up. Trainer Ken McPeek has been looking for a spot for Why Take a Chance and may have found it here and she always take money at the windows. Karida runs for the Canada’s best combo with Casse and Husbands. It’s interesting that his filly runs here, going up in class when Woodbine opens in less than a week. Hmmm.
