Analysis: Athena Rose won a couple races back at $20,000 and now drops in for a $12,500 tag. She also has the hot connections of Cotey-Chernetz on her side. Wonderfully is waiting to find her best stride in 2013 and the addition of Da Silva as the pilot may be what she needs. Kawaguchi is one tough mare that usually tries very hard. She fits perfectly in here. Highlanddixiebelle has been in the money 15 of 23 times and she has just missed in her last two. Yet, she may still go off at a decent price.

 Analysis: Wicked Romance drops from allowance level company to this level for the Richards barn. Plus McEleney gets the mount and that is usually the tip of the hand by this trainer. Longshot Mays Treasuretrove takes a big drop and needs it. Contreras stays aboard for good barn. One Nine Nine flirted in higher classes and couldn’t get it done. Now at a suitable level she gets the legal performance enhancing double-Lasix and blinkers. Macho Salvation takes a drop and Wilson stays up after a series of workouts that signals seriousness.
