 Analysis:  Hallie’s Wind sports a great career record, good form and good speed figures. She looks to be too tough for this bunch. Blondecat looks quite capable of winning if you can disregard her last race. Brief Holiday has a chance if she can use her early speed to her advantage but seems to be necessary in exotic play. Mo Work For Tim runs for a top trainer with a top rider and ships in from Monmouth. She has taken well to Philly in the past. 

 Arlington  Race 3,   7 furlongs  Claiming $5,000 (2:45 ET)

 Best Value Play: #11 Quiet Rebel (15/1)

 Most Likely Winner: #4 Commando Kat (8/1)

 Other Contenders: #1 Dominant Suh (9/2) #8 Fastestwhogetspaid (3/1)

 Analysis: A tough race to find a winner but things could go the right way for Commando Kat who seems to like the surface and is in good form. Dominant Suh may benefit from the rail position and has been knocking on the door. Fastestwhogetspaid probably has the class edge on these but takes forever to get rolling. A sharp effort gets him the best paycheck. Quiet Rebel comes to town with a good trainer and rider and carries the most important weapon in racing: speed. He has won three in a row and will play catch me if you can.
