Most Likely Winner: #5 P.A. Thunder (2/1)

Other Contenders: #1 Brass Set (3/1), #6 Star Factor (10/1)

Analysis: P.A. Thunder has been popular at the claiming box and has plenty of back class for this bunch. His best race takes this. Brass Set runs for a trainer good with fresh horses and invades from Louisville. Star Factor ran a good one last time and poses a danger with his tactical speed. Gitidone won his last, then took a break and while that is not always a good sign this one looks to be a runner with more improvement due.

Most Likely Winner: #9 Concorde’s Peace (5/2)

Other Contenders: #2 Cortado (7/2) #5 Best Five (6/1)

Analysis: Concorde’s Peace takes a dive after a bad race but this trainer strikes well with big drops. Cortado is a dropper from Allowance company for a good barn and if you notice, he’s been working at Belmont. Shipping in for a score? Best Five has been a decent horse and his turning back to six furlongs may help him close if the pace is right. Hall’s Village last at Penn was nothing to brag about but his only race at PARX was a good one. Trainer Demasi is looking to pose for the picture with a class drop and this gelding’s third race after being claimed.
