 Analysis: Ten Easy Street looks to be the one to beat despite her last being a bust. Back at a friendlier level with early speed she returns to battle fresh after a layoff. Honey C probably has the best chance of staying with the favorite early and is a contender with her thirty-four in the money finishes. Summon the Rain now drops to her lowest level ever and gets Calvin in the saddle. Marlene’s Love is a fixture at this level, is always bet well, rarely runs a bad race and keeps on trying.

 Analysis: Miss Cobblestone appears to like the Louisville oval, gets Calvin to navigate and has impressive speed numbers. Manahatta ships in from Gotham for Asmussen and has the speed to get good position, plus she has Grade One experience. Skywarn has impressive connections including Bill Mott as conditioner. She won her only race at Churchill and it looks like Mott has her spotted well. Mercer Mill Mae has always been bet well, run at seven different tracks, has tactical speed and loves Churchill.
