 Analysis: Highroller Dave looks like the one to beat based upon his Fairgrounds form, plus his trainer is great with layoff runners. Dynamic Knight comes in after an impressive win in Hot Springs and seems to lover Churchill. Backdoc is another impressive winner from Oaklawn and seems to be a much better horse than he was a couple of years ago. Hometown Legend deserves to be a longshot but his last win came in Louisville at this same distance.

 Analysis: Phat Day is a first class warrior that is going for his seventh consecutive win and has been working well in Louisville for his return. Lake Creek faced some toughies in Hot Springs and may stay close enough for a good run at the top of the lane. Billy Two Hats is a versatile horse that hasn’t been this far down the ladder in a long time. Takes a drop from action in Lexington and seems to like Churchill. Fleet Beat looks to be a true threat from off the pace. Although his likeness for a regular surface is uncertain he seems to have the attributes of an upsetter.
