Analysis: Giantinthemoonlite looks to have the upper hand with his consistency and tactical speed. Sidearm is a new resident in the Gullo barn and looks to be ready to go after a blistering workout. David Rocks ran very well after a rest has early zip and looks to be ready for another win. Watergate is a longshot and will probably be ignored. A decent showing after a freshener and a hot work a few days ago sends good signals.

Analysis: Jose Sea View returns to the main track, cuts back in distance and drops in class. A recipe for success? Chief Chato can be a handful for foes if he gets the lead and he has a good chance of securing the point after they leave the gate. French Quarter has tactical speed and ran very well last time, and now Husbands gets aboard. Hemlock Channel has won at higher levels and can be an effective closer, and things could set up for him to pick up the pieces.
