Analysis: Coteau Jozi barely missed last out, has worked twice since and runs for an extraordinarily effective jockey-trainer combo. Shelby’s Song has been bet heavily every race and has blistering speed from the gate. Graynola goes for a very hot barn and is another that is always bet heavily, plus has got excellent tactical speed. Cajun Maid is the other part of the uncoupled entry that goes along with Coteau Jozi and will probably be ignored on the board compared to her stablemate, but she will probably get a perfect stalking trip from the outside.

 Analysis: The Sandman cost nearly three quarters of a million bucks, runs for a deadly combo and showed signs of unlimited potential in his opening pair of races. Springboard has shown the speed figures and stalking ability to take these. Whyruawesome has barely missed in his last two races and posted some big speed numbers. Social Misfit has won more races than any other in the field and is a five year old carrying less than others, especially the three year olds.
