PARX   Race 4,   6 1/2 furlongs   Optional $25,000  (1:58 ET)

Best Value Play: #4 Crafty Concorde (6/1)

Most Likely Winner: #2 I Spent It (5/2)

Other Contenders: #6 Roxbury N Overton (7/2), #9 Beach Hut (9/2)

Analysis: I Spent It comes to town with the highly effective trainer Tony Dutrow and the top rider in the nation in Javier Castellano. The only one in the field with graded stakes experience. Roxbury N Overton has blistering early speed and that will be the plan-to play catch me if you can. Beach Hut was on the heels of Roxbury a few races back and almost ran him down. Look for more of the same. Crafty Concorde may be an old claimer but you don’t want to meet him a back alley. Good speed figures, good stalker and fourteen career wins suggests that you must consider.

PARX   Race 11, 6 1/2 furlongs Allowance 1X (6:14 ET)

Best Value Play: #9 Fly Bye Pomeroy (12/1)

Most Likely Winner: #6 Stevie’s Wonder (3/1)

Other Contenders: #8 Queequeg (6/1) #10 Stourbridge Lion (20/1)

Analysis: Steve’s Wonder gets the nod in a very tough heat but only because his last race cracked the speed figure machine. Queequeg chased Stevie in last but has since been claimed by Marcos Zulueta-something that should get your attention. Stourbridge Lion fits well with these and has good tactical speed and a good post from which to stalk. Morning Line much too high on this one. Fly Bye Pomeroy consistently cranks out the numbers, fits well at this condition and should be ready for his second race after a freshener.
