Analysis: Energetico looks to be tough in this field and takes a drop after being a little outmatched. Atomic Orange Vet was claimed from last by Vasquez and returns to battle after a freshener with a good resume. Germaniac ran well in his last pair and has plenty of back class to beat this bunch. Chac Mool has faced much tougher but couldn’t get the job done. Claimed from last by a barn that does well with new arrivals.

Analysis: Marcian is a tried and true veteran in Toronto and she comes into this race looking like a winner with DaSilva still in the irons. Mahogany Road has been at this level but has raced on the turf. Some of her past races on the polytrack suggests she could improve with a change of surface. Excuse My French won at first asking at Saratoga, which immediately establishes some class. The Casse-Husbands duo will now bring her off the turf and cut back to a sprint. Sounds appealing. Quidi Vidi is hard to figure but has a good resume. She drops from stakes company.
