Analysis: Make My Day almost scored when dropped to this level and comes back quickly with Pino still in the saddle. Hokes Hope is due to return back to form and this 9 year gelding has the resume to prove he still can, plus Morales stays in the irons. Denali Holy Bull is rounding back in to from and appears poised to notch a victory. Gallardo stays aboard the 7 year old. Fast El Tigre and Secretsofthemind look to be a tough entry and both runners have an affection for the tapeta surface at Presque Isle. Fast El Tigre will probably be the better early speed and Secrets can stalk from close up drawing the far outside post.

Analysis: Bold Senator may be camera shy but he can beat this bunch if Ronnie Allen can get him to go past the last couple of horses. Salute America just broke his maiden but in his last few races he has demonstrated that he knows how to play the game. Westside Magic has good tactical speed and has improved greatly since coming to Presque Isle. Nico’s Prize was horrible until Ferraro put the blinkers on him. Now it looks like he can run. He could be tough in his second race after a freshener.
