Final weekend for Hollywood on a track that was great to follow and even better on those Friday night cards. Will be missed. As a salute to a track that I have made money at over the years I am going to post many sequence bets there this weekend. For starters the pick 6 today has a nice carry over of almost $80,000.

Hollywood Park Race#3 Post time 3:30pm central

Race#3 Six furlongs on the other goofy turf course in California. The 2 has the best race on this race course at the distance so like her best. There is not a lot of speed so the 5 will try and steel it, the other contender is the 4.

Race#4 It all depends if you have deep pockets or not, key the 9 or take a bunch. 9 is not a solid key but is a likely winner. If 9 doesn’t win it is probably a firster 3,4 or 10

Race#5 The 8 is sitting on the win and will get a trip. There should be big speed early so look for a closer. My bomber of the day is the 1. He will be flying late. The other that will close is the 2

Race#6 The favourite is scratched so it becomes even more wide open and a spread race. Another early pace battle expected and going 6.5 furlongs says a closer will likely win. 4,8,11 are my closers, the other with a shot 1,2,10

Race#7 Other six furlong turf race the 2,7,10 covers all three running styles and the best figures. If the race runs as it appears on paper it will be one of the above horses

Race#8 I have the 12 as an above par performance and if repeats can win. The one poor stat is the trainer is very poor on 2nd start back. Sleeper is the 11
