A great day for racing. I chose Tampa Bay’s pick 5 today as there is $11,000 in there already and I think it is a pick 3 today.

Tampa Bay Race#5 Post time 1:24pm central

Race#5 On the turf and the 4 towers above the field. Simply outclassed in the MSWT class but should have no trouble in this field. If the 4 falls down twice the 2 can upset at a huge price, there is one race in there that gives him a small shot

Race#6 Another strong player in this race, the 7 has the figures, has the works at Tampa, looked good in her last race at Santa, makes her a winner.

Race#7 A possible third key in the sequence is the 9. A repeat of any of the last three races make her a winner. I don’t really have an upset horse in here, maybe the 1 is she can slow it down and steel it. Only negative on the 9 is she likes to finish 2nd almost half the time.

Race#8 I am hoping this is the upset race of the day. On paper the 8 looks best, has the figures but it is bottom claimers and the 8 also like to finish 2nd a lot. A longshot sleeper could be the 3, I will be hitting the all button in this one.

Race#9 A possible longshot race as well. The 9 figures to be the big favourite and has a good shot to win, one of the few that actually has finished a race. 1,5,6 have a chance to win based on trainers and works and do not look as bad as many of the others.

A possible ticket is 4/6/9/all/all .  The sequence could also be very chalky and not pay much at all but spending $4 – $8 you will have a good shot to hit it.
