I know the focus will be at the premier meets at Del Mar and Saratoga but there is a nice little pick 5 carry over to take a shot at over at Gulfstream. It is a bit of a tricky sequence so be aware of that.

Gulfstream Park Race #7 Pick 5  Post time 4:33pm eastern

Race#7 The 3 was bet big in a large field and had a terrible trip, a must use again. The 2 has had a nice race on the turf so should use her, take note of the 0 for 29 trainer though. The trainer/jock combo on the 7 is worth noting so she is a use as well.

Race#8 The 2 will be the likely but isn’t a key in anyway. Average first race out. The 1 had a tough trip and was closing late with a nice gallop out, extra distance should help. The 6 had no chance in her first start and ran evenly. The 9 is the only first timer that interests me to include

Race#9 Small competitive field. The 5 should be tough, but not a key. It is all about the trip in here on who can win. The 7 loves to win and loves the distance, so is a must use. The 3 tries hard all the time, was all out last time out.

Race#10 The 3 fits this condition perfectly, is actually dropping in class I think off a win but can’t be claimed. Slight concern is the distance. 10 has a huge trainer change and if can run back to some races early, watch out. The 5 has a shot but I don’t like taking a horse that only has 1 lifetime win against many others that have multiple wins.

Race#11 The 3 will be the favourite but I can’t key this one and is an angle I really don’t like, that is no activity for over a month(no workout or race). The problem is there isn’t much in here. The 7 has back class, off a month but at least has a maintenance work. The 11 will try and steal it, so will use him too.
