A good day to take advantage of the races taken off the turf today at Gulfstream. Many horse players would have capped last night and may have disregarded horses because the race was on the turf.

A couple of solid keys in the sequence and then a couple of tough legs off the turf

Gulfstream Race#3 The 3,5 will be the likely favourites. The 3 has the obvious connections and the works. The 5 ran a nice first out race. After them it is a little bit of a guessing game. The 8 has the 2nd out angle with the trainer that will be a nice price for an early upset. Always watch for some early money

Race#4 Not a lot to go on in here except that many of these horse have very little early pace and most are plotters. This spells trouble. If you forced me to select a few it would be 10 as the closer and the 8 to try and steal it. 6 was a vet scratch or would have included her

Race#5 The race goes through the 2. Runs back to any of his last three and he wins. Only up set horse is the 1.

Race#6 The 10 has a race on the dirt that gives him a shot. The 2,3 and least have beaten some horses. 2,3,4,10 would be the four I need

Race#7 The 7 has very nice figures a workout and not much to beat. The back class horse is the 4 that was a vet scratch last week at a much lower level. A sleeper at a price would be the 1

Race#8 The 1 should get a trip and has a nice race on the dirt so he would be my horse I like the most in a tricky race that I will take all since there are not many in here and it is wide open
