There are two carryovers of interest today. Santa Anita’s Pick 6 and Meadowlands pick 5.

Let’s begin with Santa Anita. I have mentioned you can’t play every carryover and it seems
there is a pick 6 carryover way to often at Santa Anita. This tells me how tough it is at Santa.
I have gone over it and expect it to be won but I think it will cost you quite a bit to hit it.
So I am passing it today, to many wide open races for me.

Meadowlands Pick 5 has big fields but many in each race  have no chance.

Race#2 Post time 1:46 central    As of now all races on turf, selections based on turf

Race #2 3,5 on my main contenders, especially the 2. I think she is sitting on a win.
Outsiders with a shot 1,2,6,11.  11 gets in from also’s with good connections

Race#3 This race is completely wide open. I like a race like this when I think there
are strong races in the sequence. 2,8 I my most likely winners

Race#4 The 6 is her race to lose, an even effort still wins. Only possible up setters 5,9

Race#5 The 8 has the figures and the right running style to win it. Others 1,6,7,10

Race#6 This race has no real strong contenders. Many don’t belong on the turf.
3 is the expected favourite that certainly can be beat and I am going to try to do that.

I will be playing a few tickets. The first will be taking a stand in a couple of races and
taking a bunch in the others.

Let’s win the pick 5 at Meadowlands and hope for a carryover at Santa.
