#7 Spiced Perfection comes from the Peter Miller barn and has been on the shelf for 49 days. She’s been working a regular clip in the morning and ships in from AQU where they win 15% with new surroundings. She is 5/8 ITM at the distance and this closer should fare well with Javier Castellano in the irons. #2 Wildwood’s Beauty is a closing type for trainer Scott Becker and Julien Leparoux in the saddle. She was a beaten favorite last out shipping in from Tampa Bay. She is a horse for the course going 5/5 ITM over the GP strip. #5 Blamed is a daughter of Blame for trainer Bill Mott. Irad Ortiz has the call and she’s been off for 11 months. This is her 3rd start of the year and looks to make it two in a row.
Race #11 – The G1 Pegasus World Cup Turf – 1 3/16 on the grass – 4:49 pm EDT

#4 Sadler’s Joy is a son of Kitten’s Joy for Thom Albertrani with top turf rider Javier Castellano. He’s a stout closer who is 3 for 4 ITM over the course. He’s been off for two months and is 18 for 26 on the sod. His dam Dynaire has 5 starters, 4 winners, and 4 turf winners to her credit, and this is her star foal to race. #2 Arklow comes to post for Brad Cox and Luis Saez in the saddle. This son of Arch has been off for two months and 12 for 19 ITM on the greensward. He was out kicked in the BC Turf and ships in from SA where the barn wins 26% on the move. He’ll come calling late in the lane. #7 Admission Office comes in for Brian Lynch with Flavien Prat aboard. A late running son of Point of Entry and makes his 2nd start over the course. Prat in the irons is a plus as he wins with 23% his turf runners.
Race #12 – The G1 Pegasus World Cup – 1 1/8 – 5:34 pm EDT

#6 Higher Power comes from the John Sadler barn with Flavien Prat in the irons. He’s been away from the races for two months and been working lights out at SA. He ran a game 3rd in the BC Classic last out and looks ready to kick off 2020 in a big way. #10 Mucho Gusto hails from the Bob Baffert barn with Irad Ortiz in the saddle. He has plenty of speed and rolls in off a three month break as a beaten chalk at Remington Park. He’s a gamer and Ortiz wins 23% with early speed and Baffert wins 31% shipping into new surroundings. #1 True Timber comes in a off a 49 day layoff for Kiaran McLaughlin and Jersey Joe Bravo. He was flat out rolling in the G1 Cigar and deserves a good look at being a part of your exotics.
