Race #6 – The $125,000 Pasco Stakes – 7f – 3:03 pm

BetPTC.com Analysis / #5 – Armstrong / #4 – Champions Dream / #3 – Handsome Playboy

#5 Armstrong is a stalking son of Mucho Macho Man for Mark Casse and Antonio Gallardo in the saddle. 3rd off the layoff shipping in from Woodbine where the barn scores at a 15% clip with shippers. He should be right off the leader poised to pounce. #4 Champions Dream is a son of Justify from the Casse barn and gets first Lasix today in the hands of Samy Camacho. He drops down in class from a win in the G3 Nashua and goes from 8f back to 7 panels today. Camacho is winning 22% at the meet and should have him right off the pace with his entry mate. #3 Handsome Playboy makes his 3rd start off the layoff for Gerald Bennett with Pablo Morales aboard. He is 2 for 2 ITM at TBD and sports a bullet work coming into today.

Race #9 – The $125,000 Gasparilla Stakes – 7f – 4:33 pm

BetPTC.com Analysis / #4 – Dorth Vader / #8 – Awesome Pic / #3 – Dreaming of Snow

#4 Dorth Vader is seeking three straight from the Michael Yates barn. Marco Meneses is the pilot and exits a solid win in the $100,000 Sandpiper. She should just lay off the leader and wait to move on the far turn. #8 Awesome Pic hails from the Robert Smith barn with Samy Camacho in the irons. She ran 2nd last out against Dorth Vader and sports 2 bullet works coming into the race. #3 Dreaming of Snow makes her 3rd off layoff move for Gerald Bennett and Samy Camacho. She moves up in class and should be right on the engine today.

Santa Anita

BetPTC.com Analysis / #1 – Ganadora / #3 – Under the Stars / #5 – Kirstenbosch

#1 Ganadora is a speedy daughter of Quality Road for Bob Baffert with John Velasquez aboard. 2nd off the layoff and drops down in class. Baffert wins 30% 2nd off the shelf and Velasquez wins 23% with route runners. #3 Under the Stars is a daughter of Pioneer of the Nile for Bob Baffert and J.J. Hernandez getting the call.
