#4 Drillit has been off for over two months and comes in fresh for Robert Gorham and Christian Pilares. She is 5 for 6 ITM over the course and enjoys soft courses going 6 for 6 ITM on an off track. She won this race last year closing from the clouds, and this gal is a horse for the course who should offer up a good account of herself. #5 Sally Strong is a front running style filly for trainer Mike Rone. Luis Rivera has the call and is 4 for 4 ITM over the track, and with moisture predicted should play right into her plans. #7 Circus Rings is an early style runner for Valerie Shanyfelt and is a horse for the distance 3 for 3 ITM going 9f. Race#7 – The $100,000 Ohio Juvenile – 1 1/16 – 3:08 pm Analysis / #7 – Thedayofthegrey / #1- Tantrum / #9 – Stalking Moon

#7 Thedayofthegrey is a son of Twinspired for Bobby Cline with Sonny Leon in the saddle. He has three wins from four starts and the other effort was a third. He will be forwardly placed and Leon is an excellent reinsman who can get him to settle in and relax on the lead. His style should enjoy a soft going.  #1 Tantrum hails from the Winblaze LLC team for trainer Tim Hamm. This runner has solid late kick under Malcolm Franklin and has finished 2nd to Dayofthegrey in the past. Rider and trainer win 29% as a team and should enjoy the added ground to get rolling over the deep surface. Franklin wins 19% with route runners and is a patient hand in the irons. #9 Stalking Moon goes to post for Mike Maker and Alex Canchari in the saddle. He has plenty of tactical speed and makes his 3rd start off the layoff adding blinkers this effort. Just broke his maiden at Indy Grand, and back in his pp’s ran second to Dayofthegrey as the beaten favorite.

Starting Sunday, Oct 31 until Nov. 7

Race#8 – The $100,000 John Galbraith – 1 1/16 – 3:41 pm Analysis / #1 – Christmas / #9 – Candlelight Hours / #11 – Flatter Her Again

#1 Christmas is a two year old daughter of Constitution and a perfect 2 for 2 lifetime. Tim Hamm the conditioner with Gerardo Corrales in the saddle. She gets first time Lasix and should be right on the pace coming off a three month layoff win in the Tah Dah Stakes at Belterra. She owns a sharp work over a muddy surface and should fit into the race well with rain predicted in the forecast.  #9 Candlelight Hours ships in from an effort at Presque Isle off the synthetic. Returns to the dirt for James Jackson and the triumphant return of T.D. Houghton off a bad injury last year. He’s already notched a win and ready to keep his tally rolling. A perfect stalker who should get the garden trip under Houghton moving on the far turn. #11 Flatter hails from the Thom Amoss barn with Edgar Morales aboard. She always knocks on the door and looks to lay just off the lead and seek the perfect trip.

Race#9 – The $100,000 Sprint – 6f – 4:14 pm Analysis / #9 -Altissimo / #7 -Morestride / #1 – Chief Randel

#9 Altissimo hails from the Richard Zielinski barn with Erik Barbaran in the irons. He is 9 for 15 over the course ITM and has the perfect stalking style. The barn wins 31% with non graded stakes and sports a sharp work leading into the race. If it comes up a bit soft; no problems as he is 7 for 9 ITM on off tracks. #7 Morestride goes post ward for Mike Rone and Luis Rivera. He is 3 for 3 ITM at Mahoning and has been racing outside of Ohio company. Today he returns and the barn comes back to score 38% off a beaten chalk angle their last effort. #1 Chief Randel draws the rail spot and has a win in last year’s edition of the this race. Blinkers back today and is 4 for 8 ITM over the course. He relishes softer surfaces going 4 for 5 ITM. Player in the outcome today at a solid price.

Race#10 – The $100,000 Endurance – 1 1/4 – 4:47 pm Analysis / #7 – Forewarned / #13 – Wicked Warrior / #9 – Mo Don’t No

#7 Forewarned is a late runner for Uriah St. Lewis and Sonny Leon. They step back into Ohio company after running in graded company outside of the Ohio circuit. He is 4 for 4 ITM at Mahoning and will enjoy the distance and softer track. Look for a good late kick turning for home as Leon wins 20% with route runners. #13 Wicked Warrior is a stalker for Team Feliciano, and returns to face Ohio company again. His only knock in the #13 post, but has the class to break sharply and move over to save precious ground. He ran 2nd last year to Forewarned  in the same predicted conditions as he prepares to turn the tables this year. #9 Mo Don’t No appears to be sitting on a big race at a square price. He’s a tactical runner who’ll be behind the leaders poised to pounce coming off a solid work for trainer Gary Johnson and Alexander Chavez. He goes from a sprint to a route, and is 8 for 8 ITM going long. This son of Uncle Mo loves the track and especially if the sky opens up. Don’t dismiss at 15-1 on the morning line.
